What We Need

As a Deployment Technician at ARAPL RaaS, you will be at the forefront of deploying Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) across various industries. You will play a crucial role in the entire deployment process, from the initial planning stages to the final execution, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and meet our client's needs.

Job Description

·       Onsite Installation of the Autonomous Mobile Robots.

·       Carrying out all hardware installation and software setup activities on site.

·       Onsite coordination with customers

·       Effective execution of preventive and predictive maintenance of robots and other equipment.

·       Update computerized Maintenance Management system database, and data maintenance.

·       Monitors and evaluates equipment performance and initiates improving activities.

·       Update working instructions for changing equipment process.

·       Issue resolution.

·       Spare part management.

·       Responsible for handling Day to Day Breakdowns.

·       Assist with the deployment of autonomous mobile robots and forklifts at client sites

·       Configure AMRs and autonomous forklifts to optimize navigation, efficiency, and safety

·       Provide training to operational and maintenance teams on the use, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of autonomous systems.

·       Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Skills Required

·       Associate degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

·       Knowledge of mechanical assemblies.

·       Experience with Electrical wiring and troubleshooting, Electronics and PCB.

·       Good written and verbal Communication.

·       Sensor, Encoders, Battery, Control system knowledge.

·       Knowledge of Linux operating system.

·       Proven experience in the deployment and optimization of autonomous mobile robots and forklifts in an industrial setting.

·       Experience working with other robots, forklifts or related technology.

·       Knowledge of sensor technologies, including LiDAR, cameras, and other perception systems.

·       Familiarity with autonomous navigation algorithms and path planning.

·       Understanding safety standards and protocols related to autonomous systems in industrial environments.

·       Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

·       Willingness to travel.
